A time for family

At Christmas time, we all tend to think of family.  Well, the Purely CRM team is no exception.  We brought our family together yesterday to have our annual employee Christmas lunch.

Lunch was amazing

Lunch this year was at Nightingale in Vancouver.  If you are a foodie and looking for amazing food in this city, you can do no wrong by going to Nightingale.

 

The family continues to grow

Purely CRM continues to grow as a family and we continue to do more and more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.  Our wishes, as always, are to deliver exceptional implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and to continue to grow a healthy and happy family.

The season of giving

The season of giving

It’s the season of giving and it’s important that we take every opportunity to appreciate how fortunate we are, and that we ensure that we give back to the community just as much as we receive. This year we will be donating to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank along with gifts to keep those in need warm through the winter. We wish everyone happy holidays and a happy new year.

Dynamics 365 for Outlook is blank: Solution

A client recently reported that they can’t find any information under Dynamics 365 for Outlook. This issue only happened for them recently. Trying to uninstall and re-install Outlook for them, disconnecting and re-connecting to the Organization, and a lot other troubleshooting strategies that you can find online did not fix this issue.

We ended up opening a ticket with Microsoft Support. The fix is as listed:

1. Go to Start on your Computer
2. Type regedit

3. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software>Microsoft>Office>16.0>Outlook>Security

4. Under Security right click and then New>DWORD (32-bit) Value

5. Name the folder EnableRoamingFolderHomepages
6. Right click on the folder and Modify
7. Change the Hexadecimal Value data to 2

Now, restart Outlook and wait for a minute. Then click on Dynamics 365 or CRM for Outlook tab on the left bottom corner and you will see all the information that is synced through your CRM.
